Fernando Escartín (Kelme-Costa Blanca), Roberto Heras Hernandez (Kelme-Costa Blanca) and Manuel Beltran Martinez (Mapei-Quick Step). Arcalís (Andorra) - Fernando Escartín (Kelme-Costa Blanca), eventual overall winner Roberto Heras Hernandez (Kelme-Costa Blanca) and Manuel Beltran Martinez (Mapei-Quick Step). For the stage, Heras 4th, Beltran 5th and Escartín 6th.
